Terms & Conditions

Pupils should arrive promptly for their lesson at the specified time on their timetable. If a pupil is unable to attend a lesson for any reason they must notify the tutor at least 48 hours beforehand. The tutor will endeavour to make up the lesson if they are able and if proper notice has been given. If 48 hours notice is not given the tutor is under no obligation to replace or refund the lesson.

Each term’s tuition is to be paid for in full no later than the first lesson of term.
Should a pupil wish to terminate their tuition, notice and payment for one half term is required. School holidays are not counted as part of the half term’s notice period. Failure to pay for tuition by the second lesson of term may result in a suspension of tuition until fees are paid. The tutor is under no obligation to replace and / or refund suspended lessons.

The tutor reserves the right to refuse and / or terminate tuition if fees are not paid.

Should the tutor have to cancel any tuition, at least 24 hours notice will be given. No fees will be incurred if any cancelled tuition is not made up by the tutor during the course of the term.
